ORDERS
- We cannot make any changes to your order once it has been placed.

RETURNS
- All returns must be unused/unworn.
- If the return is in bad condition we have the right to not accept it if we feel it is not in good condition. If your item is rejected it will be sent back to you.
- We are not responsible for any errors you make on addresses you input.
- We do not accept exchanges and only provide refunds for all returns.
- We can’t make changes to your orders once they are placed so please make sure you input all the right sizes and the right address of your choosing.
- All orders for returns are not refunded their original shipping cost.
TRACKING
PROCESSING
Please allow up to 1-3 business days to process your order. Please be advised we will notify by email when your package is picked up by the postal service. We do not ship during certain holidays which are Christmas Day and New Years Day. We always do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Unknown Breed Clothing Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. If there isn’t anyone present to receive your package, it will still be left at your house. Unknown Breed Clothing Co. Cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
